Parasol’s legal problems
The District (and by association, we homeowners) will be subjected to numerous liabilities associated with the current proposal. We still haven’t seen the amended agreement between the Reynolds Foundation and Parasol. The initial agreement called for Parasol to turn over the building to the Reynolds Foundation in the event of a default with IVGID.
Other concerns still not resolved include the land use restrictions. IVGID admin serves utilites as well as recreation and thus does not fit the requirement the land be used for park and recreations purposes and related purposes, and NO OTHER PURPOSE.
